Job Description & Responsibilities

DiCon Lighting is seeking several energetic and confident individuals to join our rapidly expanding sales team. This Sales Associate position offers opportunity to work in a fast moving hi-tech environment and provides a great chance for advancement.

The applicant must have strong interests in LED lighting technology, be motivated to take on new challenges, and be able to both multi-task and work independently. He or she should also possess the charisma to interact with customers professionally and have the ability to communicate details clearly and patiently. Selected individuals will join one of DiCon’s established brands (Kessil, Cielux, Fiberlamp, etc.) and work under a senior sales manager to help expand DiCon’s LED lighting business.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Associates or Bachelors preferred
• Minimum 1 year of sales or customer service experience in related industries preferred
• Strong Interest in LED lighting technology
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Good organizational skills
• Willing to travel occasionally
